Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Processing employee master data onboarding, including Right to Work documentation.
  • Exporting data, demonstrating confidence with systems and attention to detail.
  • Processing employee master data changes, such as leavers and T&C updates.
  • Troubleshooting and taking corrective steps to ensure prompt solutions.
  • Creating accounts and managing access permissions on HR/Payroll and Scheduling systems.
  • Completing references following company policies.
  • Maintaining VISA checks in line with legislation.
  • Responding to payroll-related queries via portal and shared inboxes.
  • Coordinating onboarding with HR for criminal declarations and health checks.
  • Overseeing automatic pension enrolment.
  • Processing contractual payments related to TUPE colleagues.
  • Handling ad-hoc payments, e.g., car share drivers.
  • Supporting month-end payroll duties, such as payslip checks.
  • Ensuring GDPR and data protection compliance.

Personal Specification:

  • Previous HR and admin experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking and working under pressure without compromising quality.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Note-taking ability.
  • Willingness to maintain competency for the role.
  • Ability to work independently.
