Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Processing employee master data onboarding, including Right to Work documentation.
  • Exporting data with confidence in systems and excellent attention to detail.
  • Processing employee master data changes, such as leavers and T&C changes.
  • Troubleshooting and taking corrective actions promptly.
  • Creating accounts and managing access permissions on HR/Payroll and Scheduling systems.
  • Completing job references following company policies.
  • Maintaining VISA checks in line with legislation.
  • Answering payroll-related questions via portal and shared inboxes.
  • Coordinating onboarding checks with HR.
  • Overseeing pension scheme enrolment.
  • Processing contractual payments related to TUPE colleagues.
  • Handling ad-hoc payments, e.g., for car share drivers.
  • Supporting payroll month-end duties, like checking payslips.
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and data protection.

Personal Specification:

  • Previous HR and admin experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking and working under pressure without compromising quality.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Note-taking ability.
  • Willingness to maintain competency for the role.
  • Ability to work independently.
