Monzo is seeking a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager for Payments who will act as an individual contributor, shaping the strategic direction and ensuring alignment of investments and initiatives with Monzo’s broader mission.

You will drive data-informed decision making, partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Design teams, and own the performance rhythm across the Payments portfolio. This role emphasizes high ownership and impact.

Responsibilities

• Define, track and evolve Payments' strategic direction to align with Monzo's mission.
• Dive into large datasets to diagnose operational challenges and design scalable solutions.
• Build data-informed views of performance across products and squads for prioritisation.
• Lead monthly business reviews, reporting, and governance materials.
• Scal e lending book and support launch operations as expanding geographies.
