Monzo is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead design across Payments, a key, fast-evolving area. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, set direction, and drive exceptional execution.

You’ll grow and mentor a team of product designers, elevating design thinking, collaboration, and craft across Monzo. As a senior leader, you’ll raise the quality bar and expand design’s influence throughout the organization.
