Job summary

fscom is a leading compliance consultancy specialising in the payments sector. As a manager in the Payments Audit team you will deliver audit and assurance support, guide clients through regulatory requirements, and mentor junior colleagues while working with senior consultants across diverse, cutting-edge engagements.

You will engage with clients to understand their business and regulatory needs, advise on governance, controls and strategy, and contribute to the growth of the payments practice

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auditing experience in financial services or related fields.
• Experience leading engagements and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong understanding of FCA expectations and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements in the Payments practice, providing guidance and oversight.
• Deliver pragmatic regulatory advice and challenge client governance, controls and processes.
• Develop junior colleagues and contribute to growth of the practice.
• Engage with clients and represent fscom at industry events.
