London Bridge Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead our hospital-based Patient Access team, delivering seamless patient journeys from admission to discharge and driving revenue cycle performance.

The role requires substantial senior management experience in healthcare, a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder engagement, and a passion for service excellence across patient-facing services within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of leading large operational teams.
• Experience interacting with patients, clinicians and insurers.
• Ability to manage escalated complaints professionally.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic oversight of all Patient Access services.
• Lead and develop Patient Access Leaders and teams; drive engagement and succession planning.
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and robust revenue capture.
• Resolve complex patient, consultant and stakeholder concerns promptly.
• Build relationships with patients, clinicians, insurers and hospital leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and audit requirements for the department.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure staffing and service capability.
• Manage departmental budgets and expenditures effectively.
• Ensure regulatory, governance and financial controls are in place.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to Hospital Senior Management Team and business growth.
