Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Process Analytical Technology Senior Product Manager to identify, develop, and launch sensor and software products enabling access to essential process information for drug substance manufacturing.

You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, product management, and commercial units to translate business strategy into effective workflow solutions that improve process control and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in R&D, product development, product marketing, or in customer-facing roles in life sciences.
• Experience presenting at conferences and/or lecturing.
• Proficient in English in a global, multi-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of drug substance process development and bioprocess manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs related to at-line quality measurements in drug substance operations and across molecule types.
• Collaborate with PAT team and Product Management to create a strategic workflow solutions roadmap for Cytiva's hardware and software.
• Develop workflow solutions with R&D and project management across units to address customer problems.
• Coordinate market launch and deployment of workflow solutions with product management, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Enhance our ability to sell and track market success and revenue impact of launched solutions.
