Job Description:

NEON is exclusively partnered with a high-profile fashion publisher hiring for multiple roles within the global team, including the Senior Partnerships Manager, to join the London HQ.

This is a dynamic opportunity working with an entrepreneurial and ambitious team, driving an exciting new global strategy, including developing the US market and revenue goals for further international expansion.

You will be responsible for driving sales and campaigns, identifying opportunities to create meaningful partnerships to elevate the publisher's positioning and drive international growth with high-profile fashion brands.

You will work in a similar commercially focused role, with sales and partnerships at its core, and be well-networked within the industry.

Overall responsibilities include:

• Developing the global partnership strategy
• Building and developing new relationships, driving them with global fashion brand partners
• Deal negotiation and execution
• Identifying and driving partnership agreements from end to end, including negotiation and finalizing commercial terms to support growth
• Collaborating with global teams across multiple offices to develop relationships and ensure partnerships are executed collaboratively
• Monitoring the competitor landscape and developing meaningful market intelligence for partnership opportunities
• Implementing reporting and analytics to measure KPIs and success
• Driving innovation and creativity within the business
