Job summary

Hyve seeks a Senior Partnerships and Delegations Manager (EdTech Portfolio) to lead VIP delegations and partner activations for Bett and related events in London, with international travel. You will manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate partnerships, and design itineraries that align with event programming.

You will drive sponsor opportunities, oversee delegations, and ensure high-quality, precise delivery across global education leaders and government relations teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a targeted contra revenue stream of partnerships, activations and initiatives for Bett and related events.
• Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver partner activities.
• Negotiate services in exchange, such as speakers, marketing, exhibition space, and more.
• Oversee partner marketing from procurement to publication, including podcasts and content pieces.
• Build relationships with accounts and partners across teams to maximize value.
• Identify and invite international delegations, focusing on education leaders, with appropriate briefing materials.
• Oversee delegate registrations, travel, accommodation and hospitality needs.
• Develop itineraries and escort schedules for each delegation.
• Align programming with delegation schedules and networking timings.
• Support bilateral and white-glove meetings with key accounts.
• Serve as main point of contact for stakeholders and create sponsorship opportunities.
