Role: Senior Partner Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Manage commercial and contractual relationships with key Partners supporting the Customer Service Group, aligning with Sky’s strategic objectives
  • Act as the central liaison for internal stakeholders and external Partner accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Lead the negotiation and agreement of KPIs and commercial terms that deliver optimal value for Sky
  • ‑functional input to secure aligned sign‑off across all relevant teams
  • Implement and oversee a robust Risk and Reward framework to drive Partner performance
  • Monitor, analyse, and govern Partner activity to mitigate risk and maximise operational outcomes
  • Ensure Partners operate in line with contractual obligations and take decisive action when performance or compliance issues arise
  • Conduct due diligence and strategic evaluation of potential Partners to ensure alignment with Sky’s values, goals, and service expectations
  • Act as a key escalation point for resolving challenges within Partner relationships, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Partners, the wider CSG Planning team, and key internal stakeholders to ensure shared success
  • Work closely with internal teams to align Partner objectives with Sky’s operational goals, customer outcomes, and brand values
  • Present partnership strategies, performance updates, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability

  • Analytical thinking to interpret commercial terms, assess performance, and recommend clear, risk‑mitigated actions
  • Executive communication skills with confident, impact‑driven presence across all levels
  • Availability to travel within the UK and internationally
