Job summary

Qualifications

• DBS disclosure required.
• Not Politically Restricted designation.
• Experience in managing park services or outdoor recreation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage park ranger teams and mobile staff to deliver a safe, clean, and efficient service.
• Plan and oversee inspections and maintenance of parks, playgrounds, and outdoor facilities.
• Coordinate seasonal activity and staff recruitment to ensure safe and attractive parks open to the public.
• Monitor budgets, income targets, and expenditure within approved limits.
• Promote parks and physical activity within the community and support education opportunities.
