FindCore are partnering with an award-winning financial planning firm to recruit a Senior Paraplanner for a permanent, full-time role based in Boston Spa, Wetherby. The position offers free on-site parking and a fully negotiable salary depending on experience, plus a bonus of up to 15% of salary.

You will provide technical paraplanning support, prepare plans and reports, and manage case progression while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Fully negotiable, depending on experience + bonus of up to 15% of salary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical paraplanning support to Financial Planners.

• Liaise with clients and providers regarding technical queries and ongoing cases.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 18 months' experience within a Paraplanner or similar financial planning role.
• Level 4 Diploma qualification or higher.
• Good understanding of the financial planning process and associated compliance requirements.
• Strong report-writing, research and analytical skills.
• Good technical knowledge across financial planning products, particularly pensions.
• Comfortable working with financial planning, modelling and back-office software.
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Desire to progress towards Chartered or Certified Financial Planner status would be beneficial.
