Job summary

FindCore are partnering with an award-winning financial planning firm to recruit a Senior Paraplanner for a permanent, full-time role based in Boston Spa, Wetherby. The position offers free on-site parking and a fully negotiable salary depending on experience, plus a bonus of up to 15% of salary.

You will provide technical paraplanning support, prepare plans and reports, and manage case progression while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Paraplanner support to Financial Planners, research and analysis for client needs.
• Prepare Financial Plans and Suitability Reports.
• Collate documentation for recommendations and provider selection.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical paraplanning support to Financial Planners.
• Carry out research and analysis based on client needs and objectives.
• Prepare Financial Plans and Suitability Reports.
• Collate supporting documentation for recommendations and provider selection.
• Attend client meetings when required, taking notes and following up on actions.
• Manage workflows, tasks and case progression.
• Ensure all work meets compliance, risk and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients and providers regarding technical queries and ongoing cases.
