Qualifikationen

• Senior clinical post embedded in operational and clinical leadership teams.
• Significant experience leading disperse and varied clinical teams.
• HCPC-registered paramedic with master’s degree or working towards it.
• Proven contribution to clinical governance arrangements and research.

Aufgaben

• Lead clinical developments by analysing performance data and implementing improvement plans.
• Ensure patients receive effective care through leadership, supervision and education.
• Deliver education activity, manage clinical risk, and support staff development.
• Travel between YAS and external sites as required; support remote clinical advice.
