Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater for a full-time permanent role in Bristol. The successful candidate will repair panels, carry out crash repairs, welding, and body restoration to pre-accident condition.

The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000–£56,000, with uncapped bonus potential and a supportive workshop environment. ATA/NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

Experienced Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Bodyshop Technician.
Background in accident repair, crash repair, and vehicle body repair.
Skilled in welding, jig work, and panel replacement.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment.

Responsibilities

Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles.
Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration.
Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels.
Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs.
Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stages.
Ensure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards.
Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity.
