Qualifications

• Experienced Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Bodyshop Technician with a strong background in accident repair and vehicle body repair.
• Skilled in welding, jig work, and panel replacement with attention to quality.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles.
• Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration.
• Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels.
• Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs.
• Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stages.
• Ensure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity.

About the Role

Our client, a leading business within the automotive accident repair and bodyshop sector, is looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join their busy workshop. This role suits a skilled bodyshop technician with a background in vehicle repair, accident damage, and automotive body restoration. You will work on a range of vehicles performing high-quality crash repairs and ensuring vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition. With a consistent flow of work and an uncapped bonus structure, this is an excellent opportunity to maximise earnings as a panel beater or panel technician.
