HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater for a busy bodyshop in Hull. You will carry out panel repairs, replacements and crash repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition with high quality workmanship.

This full-time, permanent role offers an uncapped bonus and a supportive workshop environment, with strong earning potential for skilled panel technicians committed to quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Skilled bodyshop technician with experience in accident and crash repair.
• Proficient in welding, jig work and panel replacement.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced workshop.
• ATA/NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and replacements on a range of vehicles.
• Perform automotive body repairs and crash damage restoration.
• Repair or replace full and quarter panels.
• Undertake welding, jig work and structural repairs.
• Complete jobs from strip down to final repair, ensuring manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity.

About the Role

Our client, a leading business within the automotive accident repair and bodyshop sector, is looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join their busy workshop.

This role suits a skilled bodyshop technician with a background in vehicle repair, accident damage, and automotive body restoration. You'll be working on a range of vehicles carrying out high-quality crash repairs and ensuring vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition.

With a consistent flow of work and an uncapped bonus structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a panel beater or panel technician to maximise earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles
• Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration
• Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels
• Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs
• Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stagesEnsure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards
• Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity

About You

• Experienced Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Bodyshop Technician
• Strong background in accident repair, crash repair, and vehicle body repair
• Skilled in welding, jig work, and panel replacement
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment
• High attention to detail and quality
• ATA / NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair (desirable but not essential)
