Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater for a full-time, permanent role in Cambridge. You will conduct panel repairs and replacements, perform crash repairs, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

The position offers uncapped bonus potential and strong earning opportunities in a high-volume workshop. The ideal candidate will have a background in vehicle body repair, welding, jig work, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experienced Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Bodyshop Technician with a strong background in accident repair and vehicle body repair.
Skilled in welding, jig work, and panel replacement with attention to quality.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles.
Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration.
Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels.
Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs.
Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stages.
Ensure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards.
Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity.
