Qualifications

• Experience preparing and painting carbon fibre parts.
• Understanding of paint preparation processes to achieve high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare carbon fibre parts and substrates to a high standard.
• Prepare surfaces and primer for topcoat.
• Mask and prepare components for painting.
• Colour match to customer samples.
• Select paint suitable for the application.
• Spray primers, base coats, top coats and finishes.
• Texture, tint and lacquering of components.
• Address pinholes and voids with filler; perform quality checks.
• Produce high-quality parts per customer requirements.
• Follow work instructions and maintain quality.
• Dispose of waste correctly.
• Assist with jig setup and additional tasks.
