OMD EMEA in the UK is seeking a Senior Executive, Paid Social to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for clients. You will own day-to-day campaign management, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting, with oversight from more senior team members.

Proficiency with Facebook and Instagram is required; TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat are a plus. You will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to Test & Learn initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital communications and marketing position focused on social media.
• Experience supporting clients or organizations in their social media programs.
• Strong knowledge of social media, including content formats, targeting and analytics.
• Experience working with creative, strategy, and media planning teams.
• Comfort working with senior-level stakeholders and clients.
• Passion for tracking social media trends and translating insights into actions.

Responsabilités

• Provides tactical details and strategic input to develop paid social media recommendations.
• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns within platform; trafficking, QA, and timelines.
• Monitor performance to meet KPI and budget goals; propose optimizations based on data.
• Compile and share routine campaign performance reports with insights and tests.
• Present recommendations and results; maintain professional relationships with partners.
• Stay up to date with platform updates and industry trends; complete certification trainings.
• Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives.
• Oversee routine budget pacing and billing administration.
