Job summary

Journey Further is seeking a senior Paid Search leader to own and evolve our Paid Search strategy across a portfolio of major accounts in the UK. You will drive direction, people development and client leadership beyond platform optimization.

You will build long-term roadmaps, oversee multiple accounts for consistency, and determine where automation adds value versus human judgement. Strong consultancy and a commercial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Paid Search strategy across large or complex accounts.
• Proven ability to develop and implement long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Strong consultancy skills with confidence advising senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with ability to align performance with business outcomes.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term Paid Search roadmaps aligned to client targets.
• Oversee multiple accounts ensuring strategic consistency and commercial impact.
• Decide where automation fits and where human judgement rules.
• Lead and mentor Managers and Analysts.
• Build robust measurement frameworks tying Paid Search to outcomes.
• Lead new business pitches with opportunity analysis and presentations.
