You will build long-term roadmaps, oversee multiple accounts for consistency and impact, and decide where automation fits. Strong consultancy and collaboration with senior stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build long term Paid Search roadmaps tied to client commercial targets.
• Oversee multiple accounts ensuring strategic consistency and impact.
• Decide where automation earns its place and where human judgment wins.
• Lead senior client relationships with marketing and ecommerce directors.
• Ensure robust measurement frameworks connecting Paid Search to outcomes.
• Lead innovation and testing frameworks across key accounts.
• Develop and mentor Managers and Analysts to raise team capability.
• Maintain expertise in industry trends, automation, and emerging tech.
• Lead Paid Search in new business pitches from analysis to presentation.
• Shaping resource allocation and testing programs across the team.
