Wise is looking for a data‑driven Paid Search Senior Executive to acquire net‑new Wise Business customers across multiple markets and languages. You’ll work within autonomous teams, focusing on B2B acquisition with cross‑functional partners to grow Wise Business campaigns.

You’ll bring 1–2+ years of hands‑on paid search experience, familiarity with large Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, and a strong ability to turn data into action.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in direct‑response paid search for a fast‑growing business.
• Experience acquiring B2B customers is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads is beneficial.
• Strong ability to analyse campaign data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns to acquire net-new Wise Business customers and drive sign-ups.
• Work across large-scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts in multiple markets and languages.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and propose actions to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Use search terms and audience insights to target high‑intent business customers.
• Support launches and expansion into new markets and channels.
