Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance remit, preferably agency
• Enterprise client experience with large budgets (£1M+)
• Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA, and SA360
• Strong client relationship management and leadership capabilities

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Paid Performance team (Managers and Executives)
• Own search strategy, delivery, and client relationships for key accounts
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and client objectives alignment
• Collaborate with cross-channel teams for integrated strategy and reporting
• Contribute to new business pitches and proposals for the network
