Havas Market in Manchester is seeking a Paid Performance Director to lead strategy and delivery for high-stakes retail accounts. You will manage a team of Paid Performance Managers and Executives, own client relationships, drive bid strategies, budgets, and new business initiatives, and partner with cross-channel teams to maximise commercial outcomes.

You will lead the paid search product, ensure exceptional client service, and drive performance and growth across a portfolio of major brands

Qualificações

• At least 5 years’ experience within a Performance remit, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven experience working with enterprise level clients and large budgets (£1 million+).
• Certification across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics and SA360.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee optimisation of campaigns through bid management tools to deliver ongoing paid performance.
• Drive best practices across the Paid Performance team to improve campaign delivery, innovation, and automation.
• Lead a team of paid performance specialists and develop their skills and capabilities.
• Manage client relationships and act as the senior strategic partner for search performance and targets.
• Contribute to new business research, strategy, and pitches, representing the agency professionally.
