About the role
The purpose of the Senior Paid Media Manager is two prong:
1.To lead the Flight Centre paid media strategy across digital channels, and,
2. To adopt an advisory position on offline channels ensuring you have oversight of all investment decisions and campaign activity.
Online channels include (not exhaustive) PPC, paid social, display, YouTube, radio, affiliates and VOD. Offline channels include OOH, Radio and Press. We need to spend smartly while ensuring we reach, engage, and convert customers at every stage of the funnel in order to meet overall marketing ROI and achieve business goals.
This role plays a pivotal role in increasing awareness/consideration as well as driving e-commerce sales (later when we launch eComm in market), enquiry/leads, customer acquisition, increasing conversion rates and maximizing marketing efficiency.
