Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is partnering with a respected independent digital agency specialising in luxury and premium brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, automotive and hospitality. They seek a Senior Paid Media Manager to own paid media campaigns for luxury clients, with a focus on strategy and performance.

You will lead campaigns across Meta and TikTok, collaborate with creative teams, manage budgets and present insights.

Qualifications

• Strong agency experience in Paid Media / Paid Social.
• Proven experience working with luxury or premium brands - essential.
• Strong hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok.
• Excellent understanding of paid social strategy, creative testing and optimisation.
• Confident managing clients and presenting campaign performance.
• Commercially minded, analytical and passionately about digital marketing/paid media.
