• Evidence of leadership experience and learning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day efficient running of the paediatric ward with strong leadership.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate care to meet patients' needs in line with the Trust values.
• Manage area including personnel, facilities and systems.
• Act as a role model and promote a positive image of the team and organisation.
• Coordinate and deliver care using evidence-based guidelines and local standards.
• Promote patient education and safety, and manage risk in line with legislation.
