Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical leader and role model within the paediatric team.
• Coordinate shifts, staff allocation and safe staffing levels.
• Deliver direct patient care to acutely unwell children.
• Provide supervision, mentorship and clinical governance support.
