Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist & Therapy Team Lead (Band 7) to lead the Perseid Special School physiotherapy service, managing highly specialist assessments and plans for children with severe and complex needs.

Based at Perseid Special School in Morden, the role is full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours, with involvement in supervision, team development and cross-agency collaboration; salary £55,524–£62,652 per year pro rata.

Formación

• Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration are essential.
• Postgraduate training in paediatric physiotherapy is desirable.
• Eligibility for continued professional development and specialist network membership is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide highly specialist paediatric physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
• Lead and develop the physiotherapy service in Perseid special schools.
• Supervise and support therapy team on site and conduct appraisals/1:1s.
• Collaborate with families, school staff and other professionals to meet complex needs.
• Contribute to service development and governance within SHC/Trust.
