Superior Healthcare is seeking a Children’s Complex Care Senior Carer to provide specialist one-to-one night-time support for children with complex healthcare needs across Kent. You will work in clients’ homes, delivering person-centred care with guidance from a clinical team.

The role focuses on paediatric complex care, including tracheostomy care and feeding support, with consistent night shifts and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months care experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Tracheostomy care experience with paediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Show the client dignity and respect at all times.
• Follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure person‑centred care.
• Advocate for the client and act in their best interests.
• Be fun, friendly and engaging with the client about their interests and hobbies.
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitor the client closely.
