Job summary

Superior Healthcare is recruiting for experienced complex care assistants to support a 2-year-old female at home, overnight. Paediatric care experience is essential and a full UK driving license is required. The role offers a fixed rota with potential overtime, and both full-time and part-time hours.

The team provides comprehensive training, paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision. You will work with a small number of clients in your local area, building rapport and developing skills

Qualifications

• Care experience involving personal care.
• Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
• Minimum commitment of 2 shifts a week.
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Show the client dignity and respect at all times.
• Follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to provide person-centred care.
• Advocate for the client in line with company policies and procedures.
• Be fun, friendly and engaging around client interests and hobbies.
• Keep thorough documentation of client progress and needs.
