Job summary

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Paediatric Audiologist to join the Paediatric Audiology team across Hackney Ark and The Royal London Hospital. The role involves complex paediatric audiology assessments, habilitation, and close collaboration with clinicians, carers, and families.

The post holder will work within a busy multidisciplinary service, supporting clinical audits and governance, and may supervise junior audiologists.

Qualifications

• Experience in paediatric audiology is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in working with children and families.
• Proficient in IT, numerate, and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Auditbase is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex paediatric audiology assessments.
• Provide habilitation and hearing aid services for children.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Assist with clinical audits and governance.
• Plan and prioritise own workload and supervise junior staff.
