Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in the United Kingdom seeks a senior manufacturing leader to drive performance across the Manufacturing Team, ensuring GMP compliance and alignment with business plans. The role oversees the manufacture of commercial and clinical products in Unit 24 and provides technical input for capital projects.

This is an on-site role, based at our Tredegar site, with emphasis on safety, quality, and cost efficiency while leading training and performance management of staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in GMP environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs and project costing.
• Strong collaboration with QA/QC and other departments.
• Proven leadership with performance management and training planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to the Manufacturing team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across manufacturing activities.
• Oversee manufacture of commercial and clinical products to GMP.
• Support capital expenditure with technical advice.
• Maintain budgets and meet department targets.
• Attend client calls and host visits to area.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
