Join our Global Packaging team at Mars as a Senior Packaging Development Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Work in a hybrid setting based in Slough, helping shape the future of sustainable packaging for some of the world’s most loved snacking brands. You will drive packaging development, turning innovative ideas into impactful solutions that support our growth and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing packaging solutions across various formats including 1st wraps, overwraps, cartons, and cases.
• Managing projects effectively, setting priorities, and adapting to changing business needs.
• Collaborating across functions and cultures to deliver high-quality, consumer-centric packaging solutions.
• Utilizing modelling and simulations to optimize packaging designs (preferred).
