12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Location: Slough + Hybrid Working

Salary: £58,000- £61,000+ Bonus + Benefits

Join our Global Packaging team and help shape the future of sustainable packaging at Mars. You'll drive packaging development for some of the world's most loved snacking brands-turning bold ideas into real-world impact. Working across markets and functions, you'll deliver high-quality, efficient, and consumer-centric solutions that support our growth and sustainability goals.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in packaging development engineering across 1st wraps, overwraps, cartons, and cases.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Skilled collaborator, confident working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Experience with modelling and simulations is a plus.

What will be your key responsibilities?
