• Proven experience in packaging development engineering across 1st wraps, overwraps, cartons, and cases.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Skilled collaborator, confident working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Experience with modelling and simulations is a plus.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Design and develop packaging solutions across various formats, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and sustainability targets.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct testing and validation of packaging materials and designs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to optimize packaging processes.
