Job summary

Fawkes & Reece, a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor, invites an experienced Project Manager / Package Manager to join a flagship stadium scheme in Cardiff valued at around £300 million. You will own the civils and superstructure packages, from planning through to completion, on a dynamic, high-profile project.

The role offers substantial development potential, with responsibility spanning subcontractor management, safety, programme delivery and package integration across the wider project team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Package Manager for a Tier 1/Principal Contractor.
• Strong background delivering major civil and superstructure packages.
• Civil engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the civils and superstructure packages from planning through to completion.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with the wider project team, consultants and supply chain to ensure seamless package integration.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical and construction challenges, and drive programme performance.
• Take on responsibility for additional packages as the project progresses.
