Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a Specialist Joinery Package Manager for a flagship development in Cardiff. You will own the joinery package from procurement through installation and handover, working with commercial, design, construction and procurement teams to ensure programme, safety and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong background in specialist joinery, coordination of design development and experience with Tier 1 contractors.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing specialist joinery packages.
Understanding joinery manufacture, installation and site coordination.
Experience working for or alongside a Tier 1 main contractor.
Strong technical and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

Managing the specialist joinery package on a flagship major development.
Coordinating specialist subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal project teams.
Driving design development, technical approvals and design coordination.
Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential risks or delays.
Managing quality, workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinating interfaces with other trades and construction packages.
Driving the package through snagging, commissioning and final handover.
