Intact Insurance, the UK-based name for RSA, is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead P&L across defined broker panels. You will manage a team of Senior Trading Underwriters to deliver growth, profitability and portfolio quality, while driving broker engagement and underwriting discipline.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, adherence to policy, and a collaborative approach across Regions to share insights and best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Commercial Lines underwriting with broker trading.
• Proven ability to deliver P&L outcomes through broker engagement and portfolio management.
• Proven leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to use planning tools.
