Qualifications

Expert property and casualty underwriting knowledge in the Scottish market.
Proven track record in securing and retaining large-scale, complex business through broker relationships.
Experience in pipeline management and sales activities.

Responsibilities

Present AXA propositions for large Mid‑Market and Mid‑Corporate risks to brokers/clients.
Negotiate coverage, wordings and pricing with Trading Underwriters.
Develop a robust pipeline of growth opportunities leveraging client and broker relationships.
Lead the large case management process for new business.
Build and maintain broker relationships across the Region to meet KPIs.
Underwrite profitable new and existing business within AXA controls.
Maintain a quality distribution strategy with key brokers to achieve financial targets.
Monitor regional performance metrics such as COR and retention.
