Circle Health Group is recruiting a Senior Registered Nurse (Outpatients) at The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle for 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, leading care planning, and supporting a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with active NMC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in an acute or relevant clinical setting.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a nursing team.
• Strong clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Confidence in working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and lead on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for complex patients.
• Use advanced clinical knowledge to make timely and appropriate decisions, escalating where necessary.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to nursing and healthcare assistant staff.
• Support learning and development of students, junior nurses, and new team members through mentoring, coaching, and clinical supervision.
• Uphold a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with infection prevention, safeguarding, medicines management, and risk reporting procedures.
• Act as a key contact for patients and their families, offering clinical updates and information to support shared decision-making.
