Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Senior Outcome Technology Delivery Manager to lead delivery of outcomes through multiple technology teams and to represent delivery to stakeholders and suppliers. You will ensure governance processes are followed and drive outcome-based delivery across the organisation.

Based in Salford with a hybrid working pattern (2 days remote), you will collaborate with Home Office Digital teams and contribute to the department’s security and prosperity through

Senior Outcome Technology Delivery Manager

As a Senior Outcome Technology Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of outcomes through the technology products and services delivered by multiple teams. You will set up your teams for success and represent the delivery of outcomes to stakeholders and suppliers, building successful relationships across and beyond the organisation. You will ensure that decisions across teams are made efficiently and effectively by helping teams to engage appropriately with governance.

As a senior member of the Home Office Technology Delivery community, you’ll share knowledge and experience with colleagues across the department and wider Government, building skills and applying good practice and standards.

You will support the UK’s security and prosperity through the products and services that you help to deliver.

Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working. Where this is the case, employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in the office. Applicants can raise any queries to the email address at the bottom of the advert.

Occasional travel to other offices: There will be occasional travel to Croydon. For candidates based in Salford and Sheffield, eligible travel and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Home Office policy.
