Indaver in Essex is seeking an OT Engineer for the Rivenhall Facility to lead asset management, compliance, project coordination and contractor management across OT systems. You will coordinate with suppliers and contractors, review OT documents, lead risk assessments, maintain As-built records and align with the central OT team on asset management worldwide.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 10+ years in OT/Industrial automation projects.
• Experience with OT networks and systems across diverse contexts.
• Familiarity with Siemens OT systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different situations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier support and OT compliance with specifications.
• Communicate with contractors to solve technical problems and implement mitigations.
• Manage as-built documentation for OT assets and support project engineers.
• Monitor installation, commissioning, and network connections for OT systems.
• Lead risk assessments for new OT systems and changes.
• Promote OT policies and coordinate with the central OT team on asset management.
• Support tendering phase on OT specifications and manage project trajectory from screen to final acceptance.
• Review OT documents provided by suppliers and follow up on mitigations.
