The role requires an engineering degree with extensive OT/industrial automation experience and strong communication across diverse teams. A pragmatic, stress-resistant approach is essential for site reliability and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with 10+ years of OT/Industrial Automation experience.
• Experience with OT systems and networks, with focus on Siemens.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Able to adapt communication style; stress resistant.
• Pragmatic and quick to grasp organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and secure supplier support for OT systems in line with specs.
• Coordinate contractors and manage OT documentation and compliance.
• Lead risk assessments for new OT systems and modifications.
• Collaborate with central OT team to align asset management practices.
• Assist in tendering, review OT documents, and follow-up on mitigations.
