Job summary

DTCS in Belfast is building an OT Security capability and seeking senior consultants to lead engagements across critical infrastructure and regulated environments. You will shape strategies, perform assessments and guide client risk discussions at high levels.

Roles span Senior to Principal Consultant, with mentoring responsibilities and opportunity to influence the team’s direction and client work.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in OT/ICS cyber security engagements.
• Knowledge of OT environments, including SCADA/DCS/PLC.
• Familiar with IEC 62443, NIST or equivalent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements across regulated industries.
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes.
• Lead security assessments in complex industrial environments.
• Advise senior stakeholders on OT cyber risk.
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models.
• Work on segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection.

Senior OT Security Consultant – Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant

Belfast | DTCS | Permanent

Help build a new OT Security capability from the ground up.

I’m working with a leading innovation and transformation consultancy that is expanding its Digital Trust & Cyber Security (DTCS) practice and building a new OT Security team in Belfast.

They are looking for experienced OT Security professionals at Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant level who want more than another delivery role.

This is an opportunity to get in early, help shape the Belfast capability and have a genuine influence over the direction and growth of the team.

The opportunity

You’ll be working with clients across critical infrastructure, defence, energy and other highly regulated environments, tackling some of the more complex challenges around securing operational technology.

At senior levels, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead OT / ICS security engagements
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes
• Lead security assessments across complex industrial environments
• Advise senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models
• Work across areas including segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Belfast OT Security practice
• Mentor and develop more junior consultants
• Support proposition development and wider business growth
