Job summary

Anson McCade Belfast DTCS is building a new OT Security capability and is seeking Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant level professionals to shape the capability and influence its direction, focusing on OT security in critical infrastructure contexts.

You'll work with clients across critical infrastructure, defence, energy, and regulated environments, leading engagements, developing architectures, and mentoring junior staff while growing the practice.

Qualifications

• OT Security experience in critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with OT/ICS security architectures and segmentation.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST or similar frameworks.
• Ability to engage with senior clients and lead security assessments.

Senior OT Security Consultant – Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant

Belfast | DTCS | Permanent

Help build a new OT Security capability from the ground up.

I’m working with a leading innovation and transformation consultancy that is expanding its Digital Trust & Cyber Security (DTCS) practice and building a new OT Security team in Belfast.

They are looking for experienced OT Security professionals at Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant level who want more than another delivery role.

This is an opportunity to get in early, help shape the Belfast capability and have a genuine influence over the direction and growth of the team.

The opportunity

You’ll be working with clients across critical infrastructure, defence, energy and other highly regulated environments, tackling some of the more complex challenges around securing operational technology.

At senior levels, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead OT / ICS security engagements
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes
• Lead security assessments across complex industrial environments
• Advise senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models
• Work across areas including segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Belfast OT Security practice
• Mentor and develop more junior consultants
• Support proposition development and wider business growth

• SCADA / DCS / PLC environments
• Industrial control systems

• Critical National Infrastructure / energy / manufacturing / utilities
• OT security strategy and transformation

Consulting experience is valuable, but strong technical OT Security expertise and the ability to engage confidently with clients are equally important.
