Job summary

Anson McCade is assisting a leading consultancy in Belfast to build a new OT Security capability within its Digital Trust & Cyber Security practice. Senior OT Security professionals are sought to help shape the Belfast team, lead engagements, and influence the direction of the practice.

The role covers critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, defence, and utilities, with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to growth and propositions.

Qualifications

• OT/ICS Cyber Security expertise required or demonstrated.
• Experience with industrial control environments and OT networks.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST) and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements for clients across critical infrastructure.
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes.
• Lead security assessments across complex industrial environments.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk.
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models.
• Work on segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection.
• Contribute to growth of the Belfast OT Security practice.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants.

Senior OT Security Consultant – Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant

Belfast | DTCS | Permanent

Help build a new OT Security capability from the ground up.

I’m working with a leading innovation and transformation consultancy that is expanding its Digital Trust & Cyber Security (DTCS) practice and building a new OT Security team in Belfast.

They are looking for experienced OT Security professionals at Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant level who want more than another delivery role.

This is an opportunity to get in early, help shape the Belfast capability and have a genuine influence over the direction and growth of the team.

The opportunity

You’ll be working with clients across critical infrastructure, defence, energy and other highly regulated environments, tackling some of the more complex challenges around securing operational technology.

At senior levels, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead OT / ICS security engagements
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes
• Lead security assessments across complex industrial environments
• Advise senior client stakeholders on OT cyber risk
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models
• Work across areas including segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management and threat detection

Consulting experience is valuable, but strong technical OT Security expertise and the ability to engage confidently with clients are equally important.
