Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist (Band 6) for the Nottingham West Community Therapy Service in a part-time role (22.5 hours per week). The post involves home visits, MDT collaboration, and development of a seven-day community service rota.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration are essential.
• Post-registration study and involvement in research/audit and training are encouraged.
• Experience in community-based occupational therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based OT assessment and home visits.
• Work with MDT to promote recovery and independence.
• Coordinate services with health and social care colleagues.
• Work across sites and on a rota with seven-day service.
