Job summary

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS) in Derbyshire is seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Amber Valley Community Therapy team. You will contribute to rehab and complex discharge planning to help patients return home safely.

The post involves 7-day working with weekend and bank holiday cover on a rapid response basis; the role covers Bennerley Fields, Ilkeston Hospital and Ripley Hospital, in a MDT setting.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered or working towards this
• Occupational Therapy Diploma/Degree or working towards this
• L'Apple accredited or equivalent
